Ans- As per ISO/DTR 20514, EHR is defined as a repository of information regarding the health of a subject of care in a computer-processed form that is able to be stored and transmitted securely, and is accessible by multiple authorized users.

'Primary Doctor' means the family physician or the doctor one regularly visits. If none of this is applicable, then one can add the name of the doctor who advised to download and use the Health Details application.
Ans- All of the documents one has uploaded will be visible in the 'Documents' section. After going through them, the system will arrange
them date-wise and title accordingly. Also to mention, one is entitled to garner reward points for the documents uploaded.
Ans- After selecting a document, one can open and delete it there itself if one does not wish it to be uploaded. If one clicks on Start Secure Upload, the system will receive the document post which no changes would be allowed.
Ans- When one is sure that all of the documents necessary to create Summary and Journey have been uploaded, then they can kindly select 'Organise My Documents'. This will send a request to the system to generate his/her story as well as the summary.
Ans- No. Once the summary or journey is created, it cannot be edited as such. If modifications are required, relevant documents need to be uploaded along with the generation of requests to update the story.
Ans- Upon purchasing any subscription, one can request to update the Summary and Journey as many times as needed.
Ans- A total of 6 family members including oneself can be included in an account.
Go to Menu -> Manage Sharing -> Add Family Members. Once added, one can see all of the members on the top of his/her profile.
Ans- In such a scenario, one has to first Unlink that added family member from the account. Post this, the removed member can create his/her own new subscription account.
Ans- If the doctor is already using HealthDetails - Doctor App, then one just needs to share the QR code with the former. Else one should request him/her to first download the required app so as to then share the QR code.
Ans- Yes. One can use both of the apps using the same mobile number. At the same time, one has to use two different email ids to use both of those apps.
Ans- Use the QR Code Scanner on the bottom bar to scan the QR Code of the patient. Post this, the latter's digital file will be visible for the next 10 minutes.
Ans- One can always add a patient under the 'Add New Patient' tab. But for receiving follow-up updates and to view their digital file, the doctor can request the patient to download the 'Health Details - Patient App'.
Ans- One can always know the status of a patient's file from the last updated date which is mentioned in every section. Further, it is also advised to request the patients upload their latest documents from time to time so that their digital file always remains updated.
